These terms govern your use of Gramavec. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read the sections on the nature of the analysis and acceptable use carefully.
1. The service
Gramavec provides AI-assisted handwriting and signature analysis. Graphology is an interpretive method, not a clinically or scientifically validated diagnostic tool.
Results are intended for reflection, exploration, and screening — not as definitive findings.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to rely on Gramavec as the sole basis for any consequential decision about a person — including hiring, legal, medical, or financial decisions.
The signature and document features are pre-screening assistants that flag items worth a certified expert's review. They are not forensic examinations and must not be presented as forensic evidence or a verdict.
Only upload content you have the right to submit.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
4. Plans and payment
Some features require a paid plan. Fees, quotas, and billing terms are shown at the point of purchase. Paid features are billed through our payment processor.
5. Intellectual property
You retain rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. The Gramavec software, brand, and interface remain our property.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or any specific outcome.
AI output can be wrong or incomplete; always apply your own judgment and, where stakes are high, consult a qualified professional.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gramavec is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its outputs.
8. Changes, termination & governing law
We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be posted here. You may stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
